SAY Plus+ National Launch: My Voice Matters

A national launch centred youth voice and Uganda's commitment to scaled-up adolescent and youth SRHR.
The Government of Uganda, through the Ministry of Health, officially launched SAY Plus+, a national programme strengthening adolescent and youth rights, empowerment, protection and access to quality sexual and reproductive health and rights services.
Government ministries, UNFPA, development partners, implementing organisations and young people marked the transition into scaled implementation. The launch positioned youth participation as a central principle rather than a ceremonial addition.
SAY Plus+ operates through youth empowerment, supportive families and communities, and stronger youth-responsive SRHR, HIV and GBV services. The national initiative is expected to reach underserved regions and support regional referral hospitals and community platforms.
