NTC welcomes compliments, suggestions, service concerns and complaints from young people, community members, partners, suppliers, applicants and the public.
What you can tell us about
- Programme or service quality.
- Staff, volunteer, partner or supplier conduct.
- Access barriers, discrimination or exclusion.
- Procurement, recruitment or suspected fraud.
- Data privacy or website concerns.
- Communication, events or publications.
- A positive experience or suggestion for improvement.
Safeguarding concerns should use the dedicated Safeguarding channel so that immediate protection and specialist handling can begin.
What to include
Describe what happened, where and when; the programme or people involved; the outcome you are seeking; and a safe way to contact you. Include only information relevant to the concern.
Anonymous and confidential feedback
You may submit feedback anonymously. If you provide contact details, we will explain how information will be used and keep it as confidential as possible. Some information may need to be shared on a need-to-know basis to protect people, review the concern or comply with the law.
No retaliation
NTC does not accept retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith or participates in a review.
