The afternoon of 7th/11/25, A follow-up meeting was held Adropi Sub-County and concluded successfully, marking another milestone in our ongoing efforts to strengthen social accountability and youth engagement at the community level. The session brought together key stakeholders, including local leaders, health workers, and youth representatives, to review progress on the commitments made during previous engagements.
We’re pleased to note that several achievements have been realized since our last meeting , a reflection of the dedication and collaboration among duty bearers and community members. These positive outcomes demonstrate that when stakeholders work together with purpose, meaningful progress is possible.
In addition to tracking progress, participants also discussed new and emerging issues affecting young people within the sub-county. These ranged from limited access to accurate SRHR information to challenges in youth participation and service delivery. Together, stakeholders proposed practical actions and follow-up plans to address these gaps and ensure that young people’s voices continue to shape local development efforts.
The meeting reaffirmed our shared commitment to creating inclusive spaces where young people are heard, supported, and empowered to lead change in their communities.
