The NTC team has successfully conducted a series of micro-consultative and interface meetings across Kongorok, Amudat, Katabok, and Karita sub-counties in Amudat District on. These engagements brought together young people, community leaders, and key decision-makers to discuss pressing sexual and reproductive health (SRH) challenges and explore practical solutions that respond to the needs of adolescents and youth.

The consultative forums provided a safe platform for young people to voice their concerns and share experiences directly with local authorities and service providers. Common issues highlighted included limited access to youth-friendly SRH services, early marriages, and low awareness of available health interventions.

During the interface meeting, decision-makers made several strong commitments to improve the accessibility and quality of SRH services within the district. These included plans to strengthen health facility outreach programs, enhance community sensitization efforts, and improve coordination among service providers.

Through these collective efforts, the NTC team continues to champion youth participation, accountability, and inclusion in local development processes. The conversations in Amudat reaffirm the importance of partnership and continuous dialogue in ensuring that every young person can access accurate information and quality SRH care.
