Implemented in districts such as Namayingo and Kamuli, Together4SRHR responds to critical challenges including high teenage pregnancy rates, HIV vulnerability, GBV, and limited access to youth-friendly SRHR services—particularly in hard-to-reach island and rural communities. The project supports functional district coordination structures such as DICAH and DACCs, strengthens peer-led outreaches, and improves linkages between communities, key populations, and health facilities. By engaging cultural, religious, and youth leaders, addressing harmful socio-cultural practices like Disco Matanga, and improving accountability and referral pathways, Naguru Teenage Centre is fostering an enabling environment where adolescents, young people, and key populations can access stigma-free, comprehensive SRHR and HIV services and exercise their rights with dignity.
