Founded at Naguru Health Centre IV under Kampala City Council (KCC) by a Ugandan and Swedish gynaecologist with UNICEF support, NTC began as a response to the unmet health needs of Uganda’s youth. Over 30 years later, we remain a trusted leader in adolescent health, delivering integrated SRH services and influencing national policies that protect young people’s rights. Established in 1994, NTC is a pioneer adolescent health program in Uganda to provide Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) services and information, primarily targeting young people aged 10-24 years. NTC is legally registered with the NGO board as a Non-Government organization.
We implement sexual and reproductive health rights services aligned with the global standards for the respect, protection, and fulfilment of human rights.
NTC is an equal opportunity employer that believes in implementing a responsive performance-based reward system to attract and keep highly competent and motivated male and female staff.
We work towards providing support to one another, working cooperatively, respecting one another’s views, and making the work environment enjoyable.
At NTC, we’re proud to have a dynamic and dedicated management team leading the way. This team provides the vision, guidance, and technical expertise that keep our daily operations running smoothly and our goals on track.
They ensure that every part of our work aligns with NTC’s mission and strategic direction — helping us grow stronger, stay focused, and make a lasting impact in the lives of young people across Uganda.
