Founded in 1994, we began as a small adolescent clinic in Naguru with a simple, urgent vision: to provide young people with safe, trusted sexual and reproductive healthcare. Born from a partnership between Swedish and Ugandan gynecologists, and supported by UNICEF and dedicated local staff, we have since grown into a national NGO championing youth health and rights. For over 30 years, we have developed youth-friendly models of care, shaped national policy, and advanced Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) across Uganda. Now based at Kiswa Health Center III, we continue our mission with unwavering belief: the health, dignity, and future of Uganda’s youth must always come first.
